Refund Policy

We accept returns.

This applies to STANDARD SIZE blinds only, providing they’re returned to us in original condition within 7 working days.

Please follow our measuring guides to ensure you order the correct size blinds. We do not accept custom cut blind returns. Mis-measures do occasionally happen, in this instance please call our office and speak to one of our lovely staff to see if there is an easy fix solution.
