We can post sample Slats of our product range to you free of charge. The sample Slats don't need to be returned. |
| Can you guarantee an exact colour match of blinds to the swatch samples sent ? |
No, the colour of samples provided are a guide only, an exact colour match cannot be guaranteed. |
| Do you send sample Blinds of your Ready Made Blinds and is there a cost ? |
Yes we do. We ask for payment on sample Blinds we send to you, which we then refund when the sample Blind is returned. |
| What happens if my Blind is damaged sometime in the future and needs to be repaired ? |
We carry a wide selection of spare parts, components and slats for all Ready Made Blinds so whatever the problem just contact us and our competent staff will assist you. |
| How long does it take to receive an order ? |
Your order is usually dispatched within 6-8 working days with any Blinds Cut To Size taking 1 or 2 more days. If it is a larger order, e.g.10-20 Ready Made Blinds, then you should allow up to 10 working days for your order to be processed. |
| How do you send the blinds ? |
We send our products through reputable freight forwarding companies throughout New Zealand. |
| Are the blinds insured while they are in transit to my property?

All products are fully insured until they are delivered to you. |
| Is there any warranty with Ready Made Blinds ? |
Yes, there is a 12 month warranty on all products unless otherwise displayed. |
| Is there a Money Back Guarantee ? |
Yes, for blinds which have not been resized or altered in any way and are in ‘as new’ condition there is a full seven day money back guarantee.

| How do I purchase your Ready Made Blinds ? |
The three steps to buying Ready Made Blinds are:
- Chose your blind type from our Product Range.
- Measure your windows by following our Measuring Guide. or Download our Measuring Guide/Chart here.
- Purchase your blinds by viewing our Product Range and decide if you need Blinds Cut To Size, then complete your online purchase, or phone 0800 77 00 44 for further assistance.
- Payment can be made online or if you prefer, you can fax us on 0800 23 25 43 with your credit card details.

| How do I know that I have got it right when ordering blinds ? |
Simple, one of our staff from the ordering department will contact you within 1 working day of receiving an order. They will go over the measurements and details with you on the phone to ensure everything is correct.
(Make sure you remember to include your contact phone number on your order.) |
| What happens if I receive my order and then decide I want to return it ? |
This is not a problem as long as you do so within seven days and the goods have not been resized or altered in any way. You will need to contact our Head Office and arrange for the items to be returned, a full refund will be sent when this process is complete. |
| Can you cut the blinds to any size ? |
Yes, we are specialists in resizing blinds and have the latest cutting equipment to make any resizing simple. Please refer to our Blinds Cut To Size page for further information. |
